Refund and Cancellation Policy
Here at Ktini Web services, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with our service, but we know that sometimes our services just might not be right for your small business. We’ve made our cancellation and refund policy as easy as possible.
To be eligible for a refund, you must be able to justify with examples how the service is not suitable for your business.
Several services are exempt from refund. Web design services and SEO services, reputation management services etc cannot be refunded
Additional non-returnable items:
- Social media management services
- Downloadable software products
- Graphic design services
- Pay Per Click
To complete your refund process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Website design services where the service was provided
- Consulting services
- Creative video design services wherein the script is made
Once you have agreed with the management about the refund , we will send you an email to notify you that we have accepted the conditions. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discounted services cannot be refunded
